Description 110 year prison sentence for a 23 year old truck driver. Yes, the accident was horrific and tragic but it was still an ACCIDENT. He wasn't drunk, had no drugs in his system, he lacked experience. I can't help but remember a few years back when that rich kid killed 4 people while drinking and driving and got probation because the Judge felt he grew up to rich to make good decisions. Even after he violated probation he only served 720 days. This justice system is a joke. This prosecutor might as well have taken his scalp while she was at it.
