Ginger chicken Pho. Super easy. I put Thai chili's, mirepoix, ginger, lemon gras and bay leaves on the bottom of the croc pot. I put Thai chili's, mirepoix, ginger, lemon gras and bay leaves on the bottom of the croc pot. Season a whole Bird with Korean chili flake, salt and pepper and let it go over night. In the morning it's delicious, remove and shred the chicken, strain the broth, add some stock if desired. I add pork jus to mine. Then reheat it with whatever you like, rice noodles, bean sprouts what have you. I always put sriracha in mine to. So good. less

I infused buffalo trace bourbon with bacon for a week then I filter it. I replace the sweet vermouth with a touch of Vermont maple syrup and use black walnut bitters to make this sweet Smokey B.A.M.F.
